If you love SpareRips, you should definitely eat them here. Very juicy and the meat literally falls off the bone. With barbeque sauce with french fries. Simply delicious.

Very rude interaction with us as local tourists

We were on a short break in Husum and the pub was around the corner. Cozy and very nice staff. Price performance are good. And despite the current pandemic situation, the employees do not let all the stress with the hygiene concept etc. spoil their good mood and are up for a little joke. I can only recommend taking a look here, it's worth it.

Easily the rudest, most impolite pub I have ever had the misfortune of going to.

Naughty. Just cheeky. My husband and I kindly ask for a table for two. The snotty answer: outside! After a look at the book: or at the big table. If more guests come we would add them. I ask: is that allowed? Answer: up to 10 people can sit together. I'm not afraid of Covid 19. But I don't have to conjure it up either! ATTENTION

The food was great. The fish, the steak, the spare ribs and the fried potatoes were just delicious. The service was very friendly, funny and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Great bar in the centre of Husum. It was quite busy on the Monday and Tuesday evenings I visited. Some of the bar staff are English speaking (including at least one native English speaker), which is helpful! Good selection of wines, beers and cocktails. Prices for drinks were reasonable, with all beers costing in the region of €5. It is fine to go here just for drinks - I didn't try the food but it looked and smelled delicious. And reasonably priced, from the separate food menu. Table service as of September/October 2020 possibly due to pandemic. Speaking of which, they are hot on the social distancing and face coverings, so come prepared. There is outdoor and upstairs seating, with the upstairs seating being for 6 guests on large tables. The outdoor seating is at the front of the bar, on the 'main square' of the dock side of the town. Payment is by cash or card. Summary: Trendy place with plenty of seats, good selection of drinks at reasonable prices.

Arrived in Husum on Saturday, June 6th, 2020. Thirst from the trip? Unpack car etc. Into the city. Towards the port. Then you actually walk straight to the beautiful location. Have sat outside in the sun and chilled a / on 2? Holsten on the trip???very nice waitresses. Helping each guest with questions is always attentive, nice and cozy, despite the corona times with less space for the guests. We will definitely have a drink or a bite to eat on our vacation here. I saw delicious cake at the next table. So people go there????????

We had reserved a table because it can get very busy on Saturday, so it was very loud, so the minus point was otherwise the condition was very friendly and nice, the drinks were very good, the food was a bit slow but it did worth it because it was incredibly delicious ❤️. Any time

Very nice place, nice to have a drink, but ... When I was eating there the pizza was not completely through, the bottom was raw. Nevertheless, the pizza was well filled and the schnitzel that was ordered was sufficient and delicious. Service was also friendly and reasonable.

While you wait for the train to sylt or anywhere, go here and get yourself a duckstein. Very nice service and nice environment. I highly recommend.

Great food and very friendly service. Fish and chips was delicious and cheap.

I had Pizza. It's not Italian, more like American Pizza. Looks kinda weird, it's kinda small but thick.

The waitress was very unfriendly and half of our group had to wait almost 60 minutes for the food to be served. Furthermore they forgot one dish. The quality of the food was very different. The matjes was good, but the pizzas was appalling.

Outstanding pub with very good experienced staff. They are always rushed off their feet but make time when they can to talk with you. Carnt ask for a better place to be after home and holiday. I rate this pub highly so wish people would appreciate it.
